      • 20-Foot Container: Can accommodate approximately 860 to 900 bags of 25 kg each (21.5 to 22.5 metric tons) or 430 to 450 bags of 50 kg each.
      • 40-Foot Container: Can accommodate approximately 1,720 to 1,800 bags of 25 kg each (43 to 45 metric tons) or 860 to 900 bags of 50 kg each.
  • Non-Woven Fabric Bags:
    • Weight: Available in 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, or 25 kg.
    • Details: These bags, made from non-woven fabric, offer a modern packaging solution that is both durable and eco-friendly. They are designed to protect the rice from environmental factors while maintaining its freshness.
    • Container Capacity:
      • 20-Foot Container: Can hold approximately 4,300 to 4,500 bags of 5 kg each, 2,150 to 2,250 bags of 10 kg each, or 860 to 900 bags of 25 kg each (totaling 21.5 to 22.5 metric tons).
      • 40-Foot Container: Can hold approximately 8,600 to 9,000 bags of 5 kg each, 4,300 to 4,500 bags of 10 kg each, or 1,720 to 1,800 bags of 25 kg each (totaling 43 to 45 metric tons).
  • Polypropylene (PP) Woven Bags:
    • Weight: Commonly 25 kg or 50 kg.
    • Details: These multi-layered PP woven bags provide superior protection against moisture and pests, making them ideal for long-distance transportation. The bags are highly durable, ensuring the rice remains intact and fresh.
    • Container Capacity:
      • 20-Foot Container: Can accommodate approximately 860 to 900 bags of 25 kg each (21.5 to 22.5 metric tons) or 430 to 450 bags of 50 kg each.
      • 40-Foot Container: Can accommodate approximately 1,720 to 1,800 bags of 25 kg each (43 to 45 metric tons) or 860 to 900 bags of 50 kg each.
  • Vacuum-Sealed Bags:
    • Weight: Typically available in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 10 kg packs.
    • Details: For premium Basmati rice, vacuum-sealed packaging is used to lock in the rice’s distinctive aroma and flavor. This method is particularly favored in high-end markets, as it prevents exposure to air and moisture.
    • Container Capacity:
      • 20-Foot Container: Can hold approximately 22,000 to 24,000 vacuum-sealed bags of 1 kg each, 4,300 to 4,500 bags of 5 kg each, or 2,150 to 2,250 bags of 10 kg each (totaling 21.5 to 22.5 metric tons).
      • 40-Foot Container: Can hold approximately 44,000 to 48,000 vacuum-sealed bags of 1 kg each, 8,600 to 9,000 bags of 5 kg each, or 4,300 to 4,500 bags of 10 kg each (totaling 43 to 45 metric tons).

Labeling and Marking:

Each package is labeled with essential information, including product name, grade, weight, country of origin, and date of packing. We adhere to international packaging standards and accommodate customer-specific labeling requirements to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with destination market regulations.

Additional Information:

  • Shipment Terms: FOB / CFR / CIF according to Inco Terms 2010 and as per customer requirement.
  • Delivery to Port of Loading : 20 days from the date of receipt of Confirmed Purchase Order and Payment Instrument (L/C documents and Advance payment)
  • Pre-shipment Inspection: SGS or FDA or as per the specifications of AGMARK or Agency based on the products and as per customer requirement for Weight and Quality.
  • Sample Policy: Samples are free but courier charges are paid by customer.
