What is your minimum order quantity?

1,000 kg per product for most items. Different products can be combined in one container. Bulk pulses, grains and oilseeds usually ship from one 20ft container.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. Samples are available for quality checks; the buyer pays the courier charges.

Is every shipment inspected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every batch comes with a full microbiological test report, and shipments are inspected by an independent agency such as SGS or TÜV for quality and weight before dispatch. Buyer-nominated inspection can be arranged.

Can you pack under our own brand?

Yes. We offer custom packaging, labelling and palletisation, from bulk bags to retail pouches, and can develop masala blends to your recipe.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

FOB, CFR and CIF under Incoterms® 2020. DAP delivery to your location can be quoted on request.

What are your payment terms?

Typically 30% advance by T/T with the balance against shipping documents or by irrevocable L/C at sight. Terms for repeat buyers are agreed case by case.

How soon can you ship?

Usually within 15–25 days of receiving the advance or L/C, depending on the product, packing and quantity. We confirm the date in every quote.

Question 8

Which documents do you provide?

Accepted Answer

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate where required, and the batch test report. Other certificates can be arranged on request.

Are your products certified organic?

Accepted Answer

Our standard range is conventional. Organic-certified supply (NPOP, USDA NOP or EU) can be sourced on request, with certificates provided per lot.
