What we collect. When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter: name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the products you're interested in and your message. We also keep basic technical logs (such as a one-way hashed IP address) to protect the form from spam and abuse.

Why we use it. Only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and manage our business relationship with you. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our database by Supabase (both in the United States); inquiry notifications are sent by email through Resend; spam protection is provided by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms.

How long we keep it. Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business, and for up to five years afterwards for trade and accounting records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@buddhaoverseas.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your inquiry basket is stored only in your own browser.

Changes. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
