Bright golden Salem turmeric powder with a mild, earthy flavour and strong natural colour.
Curcuminoid content is stated per lot on the certificate of analysis, and every lot is tested negative for lead chromate.

Export policy: free. Turmeric is tested for aflatoxin, ethylene oxide and Sudan dyes before shipment under the Spices Board's mandatory testing scheme. EU and UK consignments carry the Spices Board's official certificate with the analytical report; the EU checks 20% of Indian turmeric at the border.
